General Terms

299der operates an online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. Using our services means you have read, understood and fully accepted these complete terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy, along with all other applicable policies.

299der's services include online slot games, live casino, cricket betting, football betting and other gaming products. All these services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Any financial transactions made through our platform are completed at the user's own risk.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on 299der, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be a real person — no automated bots or artificial identities are permitted.

• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region you are playing from.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address will be considered duplicate accounts, and action will be taken including forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of the accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, address and other information provided at registration may be verified at a later stage. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account, and any deposited funds or winnings may be forfeited.

Age Verification

299der strictly prevents minors (under 21 years of age) from gaming. At the time of registration or at any time thereafter, we may request any of the following documents for age and identity verification:

• Passport

• Driving License

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If anyone under 21 years of age creates an account, that account will be permanently closed and the related transactions will be cancelled.

Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password strong and confidential — never share it with anyone.
• Sharing your login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, even if accessed by a third party. 299der is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). We support the following payment methods:

Use your registered mobile number when making a deposit. Sending money from another person's account is not permitted. 299der does not accept third-party payments without proper verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳11,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until a turnover of 10 times the bonus has been completed.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may have a specific time limit — see the relevant promotion page for details.
• A promotion can only be claimed once (not again from the same household or device).
• Bonus money and real money are tracked separately.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, 299der's decision is final.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Policy

Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or network issue, the relevant funds will be returned to the balance.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and other leagues) and kabaddi, among other sports. Specific rules and limits apply to each event. If an event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be refunded.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. The payout rate and results for each game are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG).

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game or event has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated on the game page. 299der reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using any bot, script, automation software or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using a fraudulent identity or information.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account details with other players to jointly use bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Filing any kind of chargeback or payment dispute to unfairly reclaim funds.

299der also reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a breach of these prohibitions.

Limitation of Liability

299der strives to provide the safest and most reliable service possible. However, 299der will not be liable in the following cases:

• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Issues related to the user's own device or software.
• Complications arising from third-party payment systems or banking delays.
• Loss during unexpected server maintenance or emergency downtime.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.

299der's maximum liability will not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

299der may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
• Government or legal directives.

11.2 Closure by User

Policy on Changes to Terms
